ダイエットに成功したので、フードライターを目指そうと思います。思いつきですが。
今回、私がおすすめするのは本物のメキシコ料理です。
メキシコ料理と言えば、テックスメックスが有名です。
しかし、実はテックスメックスはメキシコ風のアメリカ料理なのです。
メキシコ料理ではないのです。
メキシコ出身の同僚に教えてもらいました。
確かにウィキペディアにも載ってますね。
そんな同僚が教えてくれた、本物のメキシコ料理を食べられるお店。
それが「Guzman y Gomez ラフォーレ原宿店 （グズマン イー ゴメズ）」です。
オーストラリア発祥のメキシコ料理ファーストフードらしいですけどね。
おっさん二人の絵が目印です。
写真に掲載されているブリトーがおすすめです。
おすすめポイントは２つあります。
１つ目のポイントは、何と言ってもヘルシーなんです。
こちらはレギュラーサイズで、KFCのツイスターより小さめ。
食べたらこうなります。
小麦のトルティーヤに肉、豆、米、野菜などをたっぷり巻き込んだボリューム満点な料理です。
栄養バランスもよく、これ１本で1食まかなえます。
そして、2つ目のおすすめポイント。
高額だから食べ過ぎを防止できるからです。
ブリトーは800円もします。
一般庶民であれば、これ以上食べるのは控えませんか？

I’d like to be food writer because I succeeded diet.But it’s just idea.
This time, my recommend food is real Mexican food.
Speaking of Mexican food, texmex is famous.
But it is American food of Mexican style.
It’s not Mexican food.
I was told by Mexican colleague.
That is certainly true. I watched it at Wikipedia.
The colleague recommended the shop which we can eat real Mexican food.
Its name is “Guzman y Gomez la foret Harajuku store” which is the fast food shop started from Australia.
The mark is two middle-aged mans.
I recommend Burritos.
There are two points the reason why I recommend.
First point is healthy whatever one may say.
This is regular size and it is smaller than the twister of KFC.
When I ate, it becomes in this way.
It is the dish which is the volume perfect score that fully rolled up meat, a bean, rice, vegetables in a tortilla of the wheat.
Because nourishment balance is good, we can cover one meal with one.
And second recommend point is that we can prevent from eating too much due to expensive price.
Burritos is 800JPY.
If you are an average citizenry, you will refrain eating more, aren’t you?
