My success story of diet “Goal setting”

I’d like to share my diet with not only Japanese but also non-Japanese.

Therefore I’m writing this blog in English.

 

I have started diet since May 2016.

My waist was too big to wear pants.

My weight was 74kg.

It has increased 20kg in this 20 years.

I wanted to make my body 20 years ago’s.

 

One of my friend said that you should reduce 20kg within 4 month.

I couldn’t believe that I reduced my weight.

But I thought it was important to set the goal.

 

I set the goal.

“Minus 16 kg within 4 months !”

Because I have ever reduced 4 kg per month.

If I continue it four months, I could achieve the target.

I shared my goal with various people.

I couldn’t run away anymore.
